Can I return my order?

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for UK orders.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, scent, damage, missing tags or altered condition may be rejected.
• Sale items may be non-returnable unless faulty.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If your requested size or item is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.
• For UK exchanges, we may cover the cost of sending the replacement item once your return has been approved.
• International exchanges are not currently offered.

How to start a return

Email us at yayastudioz@outlook.com with your order number, full name and reason for return.

• Please wait for approval before sending anything back.
• Return instructions will be sent by email.
• Returns sent without prior approval may be rejected.

Refund terms

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed after your item has been received and inspected.
• Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Return shipping costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked service.
• YAYA STUDIOZ™ is not responsible for lost returns.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number so we can resolve this properly.

International orders

• International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Import duties, customs fees and taxes are non-refundable.
• If a parcel is refused due to customs charges, any refund may exclude original shipping and return-related costs.

Cancelled orders

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
• Email us as soon as possible with your order number if you need to cancel.
